Terms and conditions of use

DELIVERY:
1. Under no circumstances will claims be accepted for damaged, missing goods if not signed as damaged or missing to the courier driver.
2. If items are missing or damaged you need to inform us no later then 24h after receiving your goods.
3. Custom made products are excluded from refund policy.
4. In case of damage custom made product needs to be returned to us for replacement.
5. Buyer is responsible for sending damaged product on own cost if item was signed as undamaged on delivery.
6. Buyer is responsible for checking the product for damages before signing to the courier driver.

RETURN:
1. We offer 30 days return.
2. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
3. We will refund full price minus postage costs
4. we will refund full price with postage costs if item was faulty.
5. Buyer needs to provide photographic evidence of damages.

PRODUCT:
1. We can not guarantee exact colour match of the products.
2. Products colours can slightly vary from web site images.

DWA GROUP Ltd. will not be liable for any damages, injuries or death to buyer or any 3rd party relating to use of our products.
DWA GROUP Ltd. will no be liable for any loss of earnings, loss of business related or caused by our products.
Buyer can not demand or claim any compensation exceeding full value of the product he purchased.
